LCA presents our new cycling programme
Loughgiel Community Association has recently secured funding to launch a new cycling project through the youth club. Children in Need will fund the project for coaching on physical, mental and nutrition and development of social and interpersonal skills.
There will be a comfortable, safe and inclusive space for youth of all abilities interested in cycling. There will be a unit to provide a location for young people to be coached and develop in cycling proficiency, develop skills in bike safety and maintenance, focal location to meet to go on cycle runs, participate in committee meetings to ensure activities meet their needs, storage for bikes and to an area to maintain bikes and training in bike maintenance. |
